Online Return Policy
We want you to love your TCB order therefore full-priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, the following are not refundable:
– Intimates, jewelry, swimwear, and other accessories
– All REDLINE CLEARANCE or items marked “FINAL SALE.”
– Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or do not have original tag.
– Items returned with deodorant stains, makeup stains or any other type of stain damage
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
Please contact us at hiltonhead@travelingchicboutique or 843-295-9003 within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to exchange or receive store credit for your item. We will not be able to offer an exchange or a credit if you have not contacted us via email or phone prior to sending an item back.
Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order. Items should be returned in original and unused condition with all tags still attached. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims.
In-Store Return Policy:
Online purchases and in-store return policies differ from one another. For items purchased at our Hilton Head, SC or Charlotte, NC stores the following policy applies:
Items in original and unused conditions with all tags attached accompanied by the receipt may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
All sale items, swimwear and intimates are final sale.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper!
